Banking Customer Service
3 months contract with extension
Pay rate: $20/hr W2
Position will sit in Johnston RI or Pittsburgh, PA.
All expected to be in office Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Various 1st and 2nd Shift Schedules. All shifts will include working 1 weekend day
o Must have ability to work holidays
Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information. Your primary goal will be to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of exceptional performance in a customer-facing role
- Computer proficiency
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Positive and customer-focused mindset
- Strong listening and problem solving abilities
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate through difficult situations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
