Job Summary
As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of medical instruments and equipment used in healthcare facilities. Your attention to detail and adherence to strict protocols will contribute to the overall safety and well-being of patients.
- Position: Sterile Processing Technician
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension)
- Shift: Evening (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
- Shift Length: 8 hours
- Weekend Rotation: When needed
- On Call: N/A
- Scrub Color: Hospital-provided
Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment
- Assemble instrument trays for surgical procedures
- Inspect instruments for damage or defects
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes
- Monitor and operate sterilization equipment
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Experience in sterile processing is required

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
