Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to join our skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Broken Arrow, OK. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a relocation opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Details:
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Facility Size: 89 beds
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)
- Weekend rotation required.
- May involve travel to nearby buildings.
- Disciplines Accepted:
- PT/OT/SLP: $47-$50/hour
- PTA/COTA: $37-$40/hour
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Oklahoma.
- Prior leadership experience in a rehabilitation setting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SNF operations is essential; new graduates or those unfamiliar with SNF settings cannot be considered.
