Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to patients across various settings.
- 35 hours
- M-F
- No weekend rotation
- 120 bed SNF
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients in performing therapeutic activities and exercises
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy area
- Provide support in developing and implementing individualized care plans
Requirements
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Experience or knowledge in occupational health, inpatient, home health, pediatrics, outpatient, acute care, skilled nursing facility, geriatrics
- Understanding of anatomy and medical terminology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
