Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to join our facility. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a relocation opportunity for the right candidate.
- Rate for Assistant OTA / PTA: $38-$42/hr with Benefits
- Rate for Therapist PT/ OT / SLP: $52-$57/hr with Benefits
Details:
- 40 hours
- Monday-Friday
- No weekend rotation
- Cannot take new Grads
- must be a licensed therapist
- 147 beds. SNF setting.
- ***2 years of DOR experience ideal***
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed in PT/OT/OTA/PTA/SLP.
- Prior leadership experience in a rehabilitation setting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SNF operations is essential
- new graduates or those unfamiliar with SNF settings cannot be considered.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the rehabilitation department, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and medical regulations.
- Manage budgets and fiscal responsibilities while optimizing resource allocation.
- Supervise staff, providing leadership and support in practice management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and EHR systems to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement rehabilitation programs.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to JCAHO standards within the facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $57.00 per hour
