- Schedule: Monday – Friday, with weekends as needed
- Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient (both located within the facility)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Franklin, WV. This position offers a permanent, full-time opportunity in a combined outpatient and inpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing therapy treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Work with patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Provide therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings within the facility
Requirements:
- Active West Virginia OTA or PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in outpatient and/or inpatient settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
