Sr. Transaction Processing Associate III (Onsite)
3 months contract
East Hartford, CT
Pay rate: $19.82/hr W2
What you will be doing:
- Consistently display a professional attitude towards Clien's employees, Consumers, Access Health, DSS and activities.
- Process all transactions and perform all tasks accurately within the procedural guidelines and without Errors.
- Meet or exceed the Daily Productivity standards for each task performed.
- Meet performance standards for Quality, as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) with no errors.
- Exhibit exemplary customer service internally and externally. Consistently meet or exceed customer's needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding and knowledge of the procedures and operating systems used to perform your work.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, to meet contract guidelines.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a Bachelors Degree or Eligibility Determination/ Application Processing experience.
- Must be able to pass 40 - 45 wpm typing test.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test

Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- No weekends
Experience:
- Customer support: 4 years (Preferred)
- Data entry: 4 years (Preferred)
