Starting Pay: $18.00-$23.70 per hour $3.50/hr shift differential applied upon transition to the weekend shift.
Must train on Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 6 AM–2 PM) for 2–6 Months
Clow Stamping Company is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position ensures the seamless operation of our facility and equipment through maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment throughout the facility
- Address unexpected repair tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and repair rooftop units, plumbing, and facility structures
- Conduct yard maintenance and keep the maintenance shop organized
- Operate powered carts, hand tools, forklifts, and other shop equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of maintenance experience required (manufacturing maintenance preferred)
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical work
- Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Work Environment:
- Indoor & outdoor work, climate-controlled production floor
- Requires standing, lifting (50–100 lbs), pushing, and pulling
