Duration : 1 year plus extensions
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Talent Management to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing talent and fostering a positive, high-performance culture. As the Manager of Talent Management, you will be responsible for leading key initiatives related to employee development, performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Development: Design and implement programs that support the ongoing development of employees, including leadership development, skills training, and career pathing.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to leaders and teams on goal-setting, performance reviews, and constructive feedback.
- Succession Planning: Develop and maintain succession planning strategies to ensure continuity of leadership and critical roles within the company.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the organization attracts diverse, top talent. Provide insights into future hiring needs based on talent assessments.
- Employee Engagement: Work with HR and leadership to design and implement employee engagement strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive work culture.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize metrics, feedback, and analytics to assess talent management programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Leadership Coaching: Provide coaching to managers and leaders to improve leadership skills, enhance team performance, and support individual development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including HR, Learning & Development, and Operations, to integrate talent management initiatives with broader company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of performance management systems, learning and development strategies, and succession planning.
- Proven experience in driving employee engagement and organizational change.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to use HR software and data analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to talent management practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with talent management software
- Certifications in HR or talent management with Certifications in Project management like ( PMP, CSM, SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certifications)
- Familiarity with organizational design and change management processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
