Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site.
• Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of all phases of construction.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes as necessary.
• Utilize construction management software to streamline project documentation and communication.
• Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and inspections.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam for timeline management and planning purposes.
• Extensive knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Procore for project management documentation.
• Extensive knowledge of RFI's, Daily Logs, and Pay App tool in Procore required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Excellent project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in project scheduling techniques to optimize workflow on-site.
• Proficient in using various construction management software tools for efficient project tracking.
• Strong understanding of building processes and site management practices.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
