We offer remote and hybrid work models for scheduling flexibility and are experts in facilitating 1031 exchanges , helping clients move capital across the nation by identifying and financing net-leased properties. With a vast network of lenders and investors, including life insurance companies, debt funds, CMBS, Agency, banks, and credit unions—we provide tailored financing solutions that align with our clients' investment goals. Job Description & Daily Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic outreach to target markets and expand client relationships
  • Attend industry-related events and conferences (local & nationwide) to provide company updates
  • Collaborate with Executive Management to develop business and associate producer strategies
  • Assist in the growth and development of Associates
  • Build and maintain a strong brand image
  • Contribute to leadership initiatives within the company
  • Facilitate weekly production, pipeline, and lender meetings
  • Maintain a monthly business development performance log
  • Work in a collaborative hybrid or virtual environment

  • Compensation

  • 500,000 - $1,000,000 per year (commission profit sharing)
  • Generous split model with the brokerage

  • Managing Directors (MDs) must be within 30 miles of the Los Angeles office
