Job Description & Daily Responsibilities
Conduct strategic outreach to target markets and expand client relationshipsAttend industry-related events and conferences (local & nationwide) to provide company updatesCollaborate with Executive Management to develop business and associate producer strategiesAssist in the growth and development of AssociatesBuild and maintain a strong brand imageContribute to leadership initiatives within the companyFacilitate weekly production, pipeline, and lender meetingsMaintain a monthly business development performance logWork in a collaborative hybrid or virtual environmentWhat CLS CRE Provides
