Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance professional to join our Facilities Management team to help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs general plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to the facility’s equipment and systems.
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician, including repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
- Maintaining and repairing facilities by replacing flooring, roofing, doors, and other related structures as needed.
- Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems continue operating properly.
- Obtains services from outside contractors when repairs require specialized training.
- Performs general cleaning tasks in the facility, including sanitizing the facility.
- Maintains the inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Assembles and transports supplies from the supply room to the work areas.
- May travel to other CLS clinics as needed.
- Observe and monitor some construction activity as needed for CLS facilities that are under construction and report to the project manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in related fields preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair.
- Experience in doing drywall repair, painting and installing door hardware.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to send E-mail and report to the upper manager
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to hold 50 pounds at a time.
