Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including managing staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that the clinic is in compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Monitor and manage the clinic's budget and expenses
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
