The role involves overseeing office operations, Managing human resources functions, handling benefits administration, implementing HR policies, and coordinating training and development initiatives.
Office Manager Role
- Office Operations: Managing day-to-day activities, supervising administrative tasks, and maintaining office supplies.
- Document & Record Management: Organizing, scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic documents.
- Insurance & Compliance: Assisting with insurance renewals, audits and ensuring timely renewals of company certifications.
- Policy Development: Creating and implementing office policies, procedures, and standards to improve operations.
HR Role
- Onboarding: Coordinate pre-employment documentation, benefits package details, and organize employee records for new hires.
- Employee Benefits: Oversee health, dental, vision, 401(k), and pension enrollments.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and compliant employee files.
- Employee Support: Serve as the main point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
- Recruiting: Assist in the hiring process, including job descriptions, posting ads.
- Certification & Training: Oversee employee certifications and coordinate training programs.
- HR Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and updates of HR policies to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices.
