SUMMARY :
Candidate will work in the Enterprise IT Integrated Supply Chain (ITSC) team in the Planning domain to architect, design, configure, test, and deploy the end-to-end supply chain planning solutions with a focus on Rapid Response application and required integration with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle.
In depth understanding of end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain Planning processes in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SIOP and Inventory Optimization. Configure the system, identify gaps, design & develop the solutions as required to improve the Planning and SIOP process including automation of processes / reduce cycle times / improve productivity / customer collaboration / supply network collaboration / vendor managed inventory process, statistical forecasting, etc.
Closely work with Business users, IT Business partners, Organization Global Business leaders and IT COE’s to evaluate business problem statement, analyze, articulate, and lead in end-to-end solution build including training using Rapid Response as Organization Enterprise Standard Planning application.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Design and Implement Integration Solutions : Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end integration solutions for Kinaxis Rapid Response with various enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, SCM, WMS, etc.) across multiple industries.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective integration architectures.
- Integration Architecture Development : Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for integration solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Customization and Configuration : Configure and customize integration points between Kinaxis Rapid Response and other systems using Kinaxis-specific tools and industry-standard integration frameworks (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP, XML, EDI, etc.).
- Integration Testing : Lead testing efforts for integrations, including unit testing, performance testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure quality and compliance with customer requirements.
- Support and Troubleshooting : Provide post-implementation support for integration issues, including diagnosing and resolving integration failures or performance bottlenecks.
- Stay Current with Technology Trends : Continuously evaluate new integration technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements to the integration framework.
- Documentation & Training : Create comprehensive documentation, including integration guides, workflows, and troubleshooting manuals. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and customers as needed.
Global and Regional Collaboration : Work in both India and USA time zones, coordinating with global teams, vendors, and partners to deliver integration projects on time and within scope.
Designing data and integration frameworks for supply chain management tools, with a prime focus on the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform, Enterprise Datawarehouse, and the Servigistics application for After Market Planning.Emphasizing comprehensive understanding and collection of requirements pertaining to data integrations and end to end architecture that bolster the completeness of Supply Chain and After Market Planning processes. This includes recognizing opportunities for enhancements, innovations, process automation.Assisting in the development and customization of supply chain and after market planning applications by addressing gaps in fulfilling business needs. Facilitating customer workshops aimed at capturing thorough business procedure needs, culminating in recommending optimal data strategies, integration techniques, and system architectures.Collaborating with the teams responsible for Enterprise Architecture and Solutions Architecture in order to execute the integrations required for supply chain planning initiatives.Ensuring adherence to all obligatory compliance requisites such as SSRs, PIAs, CPSS, PDTs partnering with solutions architects.Maintaining up-to-date application versions across retained applications within the DSC Planning realm.Aiding in the configuration of design elements within supply chain planning systems and related analytics, this encompasses the management of assorted built-in components such as worksheets / workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, applicable control suites, and the configuration of essential data models and automated chains needed to meet business criteria.Advocating and compiling functional specifications as well as crafting technical documentation in conjunction with Kinaxis Rapid Response and SAP Planning tools. This entails engaging with various modules including Supply Planning / MRP, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, along with pertinent interfaces, and handling data stewardship / data transition between source and destination systems.Engaging collaboratively with stakeholders like IT departments, business executives, external IT and professional partners, end-users, and internal team members to identify business issues effectively, initiate and drive the development of solutions while adhering to organizational standards and practices.Coaching and mentoring the responsible team from multiple partners.Profile of the Candidate :
Candidates should possess extensive knowledge in the Supply Chain Planning domain with at least 10-12 years of integrating various applications across multiple ERP systems.Proficiency in integrating Kinaxis modules, such as Supply Planning, MRP, MPS, Forecasting, Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, and after-market planning into several ERP instances is essential.Applicants should have comprehensive understanding of standard resources including worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, control sets, data models, and more.A solid grasp of Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance including Material Master, BOM, Work center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info records, source list, Schedule agreements, contracts, etc., is required.The ability to integrate the Planning function with other areas such as Manufacturing, Quality, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Sourcing, Logistics, and Costing is necessary.Competence in creating detailed functional and technical documents is important.Familiarity with SAP / Oracle Planning, MRP systems, Production Planning, and SAP APO will be considered an added benefit.Outstanding communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, along with a penchant for learning, are indispensable.EDUCATION
Degree or equivalent standard preferably engineering.Post-graduation and APICS certification are added advantage.OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES :
