About the Membership Support Specialist Position:
A Membership Specialist is responsible for all aspects of delivering upon this expectation which will require a willingness to learn, the ability to find fulfillment in service, and a huge motor and sense of pride to build Club 24 into a staple of the community rather than another gym in town. Through the support and training of the leadership and management the Membership Specialist drives membership growth and retention, supports facility cleanliness and operations, provides superior customer service, and is the resident expert on all equipment, products, services, and events.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- You are the face of Club 24
- Participate in completing member programs- 30 day/renewals
- Collaborate with Management to establish stewardship goals and meet objectives.
- SELL memberships
- SELL non dues items – personal training, group personal training, protein shakes, programs, retail and all other items non related to membership.
- Be actively involved in the community promoting Club 24
- Upkeep and cleaning of the facility as needed.
- Be a positive force for the Club 24 image.
- We welcome and encourage your active participation in Club 24 events and promotions.
- Ensure property looks good by reporting to management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in fitness related field or comparable.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff and customers.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
- Ability to learn detailed information about products and services quickly
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Windows
- Ability to quickly learn a new software program
- Customer service experience required
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized a must
- Should be friendly, fearless, outgoing and personable
- Management and sales experience preferred
- Able to speak Spanish is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
