OVERVIEW :
HR Admin Assistant supports the Human Resources Director and Payroll Specialist in all matters relating to new hire onboarding as well as matters impacting employee pay and the processing of payroll. S / he will be responsible to maintain timely spreadsheets of positional changes, keep abreast of terminations, and regularly audit systems and documentation, in order that all is maintained at best practice standards.
Well-qualified candidates will prove to be conceptual thinkers with superb organizational and time management skills, an ability to learn quickly, accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and or ability required.
- Support internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests for action as may involve updates in the HRIS / payroll system.
- Assist HR Director and Payroll Specialist in maintaining electronic records of employees.
- Serve as a point of contact with Club4Fitness employees, managers, and business office personnel.
- Assist with the new hire onboarding process
- Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- May perform orientations
- Update records as required by law or by change activity within Club4Fitness
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist Payroll Specialist during payroll processing by helping to any payroll errors or missing information impacting payroll.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Assists HR Director in creating documents to provide to Marketing to address basic fitness department marketing details and needs
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information acquired at all times.
- Responsible for being up to date with current company policies and procedures and adhere to them.
- To undertake any additional duties or assignments within the overall scope of this position
- Other duties as assigned by HR Director or Managing Partner
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS :
The position reports directly to the Human Resources department head.

Salary : $35,568 - $42,000
