Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our landscapes, gardens, and lawns. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work, ensuring that all grounds are well-kept and inviting.
Duties
- Perform regular lawn care activities, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
- Maintain flower beds and gardens by planting, weeding, and watering as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming shrubs and trees.
- Irrigate plants and lawns to ensure optimal growth conditions.
- Clear debris from walkways, driveways, and other outdoor areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Assist in the installation of new landscaping features or enhancements.
- Monitor the health of plants and report any issues related to pests or diseases.
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques and garden maintenance practices.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8 hour shift
- Must be able to obtain a license through The FL Gaming Commission

Pay: $16.80 - $17.28 per hour
