JOB TITLE: EHS Data and Fleet Service Specialist
Club Car boasts a 60 year history of industry-leading innovation and design, initially focused on golf cars and then expanding to commercial utility vehicles and personal-use transportation.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
At the direction of the EHS Leader, this role will manage the administration of the Fleet & Safety Program, assist with Environmental, Health & Safety administrative duties, ensure safety guidelines and procedures per government regulations and industry standards, ensure HIPAA compliance and PHI protection of all employee data.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direction and support to company drivers related to Fleet Services and policy adherence.
- Maintain MVR requirements with all state/country requirements.
- Coordinate information sharing with Fleet & Safety Council members.
- Complete onboarding for new company drivers regarding Fleet Safety requirements and training needs.
- Act as a liaison with Fleet Service Providers for appropriate vehicle selection, vehicle services, preventive maintenance programs, use requirements, claims administration, and loss analysis.
- Maintain monthly reporting requirements for EHS/ESG data.
- Manage fleet service drug screens via Accurate.
- Manage document control and issuance for drivers and managers (insurance, registration, inspections, etc.).
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide assistance to the EHS team as required.
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
Experience:
- Working knowledge or familiarity with Fleet Provider Database.
- 0-1 year of clerical and/or scheduling experience.
- Experience working in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology is helpful.
