GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The ERP Application Manager is responsible for internal application development and enhancement initiatives on Club Car’s ERP system, Infor XA. The ERP Application Manager:
- Promotes strategic architecture consistent with Enterprise standards to support growth through timely and accurate information to business leaders and all levels of the organization
- Works across all technology groups to evaluate and implement cost effective and efficient technical strategies and solutions globally
- Manages daily application health, including system uptime, responsiveness, break/fix issues and prioritized/approved end user requests.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Works closely with key business and information technology stakeholders to develop application architecture to improve business processes, drive revenue growth, and operational excellence.
- Directs global team of developers, both on- and off-shore, internal employees, and external integrators. This includes evaluation of design, implementation, and on-going support of Infor XA and related applications.
- Responsible for accurately planning and managing the end-to-end delivery of projects on ERP related projects.
- Has a thorough understanding of the business process and flow to enable functional requirements analysis and the development of solutions for the business functions
- Works with the business stakeholders to anticipate future information needs and incorporate them into the application roadmap.
- Create and manage overall platform governance to include compliance requirements and risk management.
- Serve as technical advisor on software related projects implementations.
- Manages daily application health, including system uptime, responsiveness, break/fix issues and approved requests.
- Escalation point for technical issues and provides technical support as a member of the Application Help Desk.
- Works with managed service provider to ensure approved requests and tickets are prioritized and completed in a timely manner.
- Coach and mentor other developers and analysts on ERP best practice and development fundamentals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance and operations to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Conduct risk assessments; develop risk mitigation strategies.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing ERP applications, preferably Infor XA
- Minium 10 years’ experience working with ERP applications
- Experience with application integrations including SOAP and REST
- Strong understanding of business processes related to finance/accounting, procurement systems etc., within large-scale organizations
- Excellent leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience leading an offshore team
- Exceptional communication skills – both written & verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines

Education Requirements:
