GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Training & Content Analyst is responsible for the development of process training materials for both internal and external audiences. The Training & Content Analyst works closely with the Product Management, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to determine requirements and gather content, while developing presentations, hands-on exercises and other materials for in-person, webinar, and LMS-based training for internal Sales and customer-facing departments, as well as, global distributors, and other audiences.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work closely with the CX Leadership, Sales, Product Management and Project teams during product development to gain a comprehensive understanding of new design.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Project teams to identify training requirements for new and existing processes.
- Develop in-depth training content in support of project launches and all on-boarding activities for Sales and Channel as well as all Salesforce.com functionality. This will include training presentations, video training modules, full on-boarding training modules, and hands-on training exercises, ensuring materials are consistent with brand guidelines and product messaging.
- Conduct training as needed, leading webinar-based training and assisting with in-person training.
- Provide initial training for all Channel partners’ system users. Conduct training sessions for existing users on and off site. Ensure users have the tools necessary to use the system effectively and efficiently. Ensure all training materials, manuals and literature are accurate and up to date with process and system changes.
- Facilitation and oversight of channel to include training curriculum and delivery methods of training.
- Clearly understand Salesforce.com quote to cash processes and all sales opportunity and pipeline processes. The sales process includes knowledge of the entire Salesforce system which includes accounts, contacts, activities, assets, opportunities, assessments, custom solutions, opportunity deal analysis, quotes, proposals, and orders. Complete knowledge and understanding of all business processes for these areas is required to train users.
- Develop, test, support and implement all training menus, shout outs, in app guidance activities in WalkMe application. This requires basic coding knowledge and field mapping within Salesforce.com.
- Measure and understand WalkMe adoption. Develop and create reporting to continue driving usage and adoption of training tools.
- Develop, launch and maintain written “Standard Work” for all aforementioned responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Training related field, preferred.
- 1 to 5 years of business or training experience.
- Previous customer-facing training experience, especially in the Salesforce.com application preferred
- Strong product knowledge (Salesforce.com).
- Proficient in WalkMe software preferred
- Certifications and ongoing skills development in training field.
- Project management experience preferred.
