As A General Manager You Will :
- Lead and develop team members in accordance with the Club Car Wash standards of customer service, performance and quality assurance
- Continuously train, support and provide performance coaching for team members
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to promote sales, recruit / retain team members and actively engage in training for continuous improvement
- Become well-versed in all aspects of maintenance chemical and operations
