Embroidery Machine Operator – Second Shift
Hoffman Estates, IL | Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do:
✅ Operate with excellence – Run multi-head embroidery machines like a pro
✅ Stay sharp – Follow work orders and design specs with laser focus
✅ Get hands-on – Hoop, thread, load, and set garments for embroidery
✅ Fix it fast – Tackle thread breaks, bobbin swaps, and minor hiccups
✅ Finish strong – Steam, fold, pack, and prep final product like a champ
✅ Play a key role – Help with quality control and keep standards sky high
✅ Work independently – We trust you to do it right, every time
✅ Keep it clean – Maintain an organized, safe workstation
Essential Job Functions:
Select correct thread, hoops, and backing based on garment type
Align designs to ensure perfect placement and stitch quality
Perform minor repairs and adjustments during runs
Prepare completed orders for shipment by folding, bagging, and labeling
Inspect every item to meet quality standards—no detail too small
Communicate with team leads to resolve any production snags
Assist in other areas of production (screen printing, warehouse) as needed
- Be ready for overtime—mandatory OT may be required during peak times
