Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the design and execution of email marketing and e-commerce campaigns. This role focuses on driving special promotions, with a goal of increasing web sales by 10%, and supporting the sales team by providing tools and materials to boost their effectiveness and close more deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
- Design, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase engagement, and boost sales.
- Optimize campaigns for performance, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Drive measurable results by generating an average of 30 qualified inbound leads per week through effective email strategies.
E-Commerce Marketing:
- Oversee the design and execution of marketing strategies for over 100 Shopify shops.
- Develop and implement promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive sales, aiming for a 10% increase in web sales.
Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify their needs and create sales enablement materials, including presentations, flyers, and digital assets.
- Provide training and resources to help the sales team effectively utilize marketing campaigns, tools, and insights to close more deals.
- Ensure that marketing strategies align with sales objectives and actively support their goals.
Campaign Development:
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and PPC, to support e-commerce and lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional materials such as banners, flyers, and email graphics.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and e-commerce metrics to guide strategy and measure success.
Creative and Merchandising:
- Stay current with merchandise trends to develop future product offerings and ensure engaging customer experience.
- Assist in product selection, pricing, and visual presentation across e-commerce platforms.
Collaboration:
- Partner with corporate and collegiate sales teams to align digital marketing initiatives with client needs and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and executing email and e-commerce marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools such as ActiveCampaign, Shopify, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the promotional branding industry or with collegiate and corporate branding.
- Knowledge of AI tools and advanced automation in digital marketing.
