Job Title: Aquatics Personal Training, Aquatics Program Instructor (Water Safety Instructor)Job PurposePlan, organize, and implement high quality swim lessons to ensure an outstanding Aquatics Swim Lessons Program by providing genuine hospitalityOperationsBe prompt for all group and private/semi-private swim lessonsWork all assigned lessons or arrange for adequate coverage in any absenceAlways exhibit professional appearance and behaviorResponsible for achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term client retention in line with company vision and valuesPerform other duties as assignedDepartment Strategy and CommunicationEnsure proper and clear communication with members, co-workers, and Aquatics DirectorCoordinate weekly teaching schedule with WSI coordinatorBe knowledgeable of all Club Fit programs and schedulesMust be flexible and accommodating to all participants in the Club Fit swim programMaintain a good rapport with students, parents, co-workers and demonstrate a commitment to embracing the neighborhoodProfessional and Technical KnowledgeOngoing Club Fit TrainingProfessional CertificationWater Safety Instructor Certification required.Certified in Basic CPR. Education and Experience Will train applicant on all Club Fit Policies and Procedures.
