Club Infiniti is looking for a driver to join our team and be part of our mission to create a safe and positive environment where children can learn and thrive. Wages are highly competitive! Employees are eligible to earn $1 more per hour based on attendance. We offer free after-school child care for new hires depending on availability (details provided at interview). Our company values a healthy work-life balance, a positive and friendly workplace, and offers flexible schedules. We are looking for individuals who can start immediately for training.
After-school teachers must be 18 years of age and are scheduled for shift times between 2:35-6pm Monday through Friday. Average hours for teachers who do not drive are 12-15 hours per week.
Drivers must be 21 years of age and will use a company van to transport children from local schools to our center. Driver shift times are from 2-3:30pm Monday through Friday. Once children are at the center, drivers are scheduled as group leaders/teachers until 6pm each day depending on their availability. Average hours for drivers/teachers are 15-20 hours per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for college students majoring in education, human development, psychology, or a related field; individuals who need flexible work schedules; or individuals interested in working with children and youth.
Qualifications and Experience
· High school diploma or GED certificate
· Experience working with children
· Experience working in a licensed child care program preferred
· Able to work well with children and adults
· Reliable transportation
· Valid driver's license

· Meet program requirements for attendance
