In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffees, smoothies, and preparing light and nutritious food items such as soups, salads, and specialty toasts. Responsibilities:
Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffees and smoothies to meet the diverse preferences of our members.
Food Preparation: Create and assemble nutritious and delicious food items, including soups, salads, and specialty toasts, with a focus on using fresh, wholesome ingredients.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring a positive experience for members and guests at ReFUEL.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the ReFUEL area, equipment, and workstations clean and organized to uphold high hygiene and safety standards.
Upselling and Promotion: Actively suggest and promote new menu items, discounts, and loyalty programs to enhance member satisfaction and drive sales.
Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide receipts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, smoothie preparation, and basic food handling and safety protocols.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Interest in health and wellness is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.70 per hour
