Kids Program Manager - Club Northwest

Key Responsibilities:
- Youth Program Development: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive youth programs that align with Club Northwest’s mission.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise Kids Club staff and volunteers to ensure a supportive and educational environment.
- Safety and Inclusivity: Create a safe, inclusive space for all children and guests, enforcing safety guidelines and program policies.
- Program Management: Plan and execute educational, recreational, and skill-building activities, including field trips and special events.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with community organizations to enhance program offerings and outreach.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor program effectiveness, analyze data, and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- CPR Certification (required within first 90 days of hire)
- USA Gymnastics Safety Certification (required within first 90 days of hire)
- 3 years experience in Youth Programming
- Experience in Youth Program Management or Early Childhood Education Preferred
- Strong administrative skills, including scheduling and payroll management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and operational software
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise a team of 13 employees; indirectly oversee 10 employees within the department.
- Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations, fostering a positive and accountable team culture.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment.
- Engage actively with children and support all Kids Club activities.
Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (with flexibility for programming needs).
Compensation:
- Annual Salary: $40,000
- FLSA Status: Exempt
- Performance-based commission: 5% of monthly net
