POSITION:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing and sales-focused Studio Manager who is excited to build and grow a brand new studio and team.
The ideal candidate will oversee all Studio functionality with a primary focus on driving new membership sales, leading customer retention strategies and managing studio operations.
Must have the ability to shift focus quickly and creatively to ensure sales and retention goals are met while maintaining a positive, customer-centric attitude.
JOB DUTIES:
- Implement and execute sales process of Lead Generation, Intro Class Bookings and Membership Conversion
- Drive Membership Sales through outside sales and business development efforts
- Supervise Sales Associates to collectively achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Analyze studio metrics and reporting to determine weekly and monthly sales goals and identify areas of opportunity
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns and social media sites to generate leads for the studio
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- MUST LOVE TO SELL!!!
- 2 years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience (experience working in a sales quota-bearing structure highly preferred)
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales
- Strong ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Excellent communication and customer services skills across multiple channels (in-person, on the telephone, via text and email)
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, diverse environment
- Capacity to work independently, recognize areas of improvement, collaborate with Management and utilize strong judgement to make appropriate changes
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Punctual, reliable, trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients and the general public
- Must have flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends
