What You’ll Do:
- Lead high-quality, engaging Reformer-based group classes for a variety of fitness levels
- Create a warm, inclusive, and encouraging environment where clients feel empowered
- Offer safe modifications, clear cueing, and personalized attention to every participant
- Develop strong connections with members and inspire them to keep showing up for themselves
- Represent the welcoming, uplifting, and professional vibe of Club Pilates Grand Blanc
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- A Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours) from a reputable training program
- Confidence teaching group Reformer classes (bonus if you’re trained in Chair, Cadillac, and other apparatus)
- An upbeat, professional attitude and a passion for helping others move better and feel stronger
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable availability with potential for subbing and/or weekend classes
