What You'll Do:
- Teach dynamic, high-energy group Reformer Pilates classes for all fitness levels
- Welcome members with warmth, confidence, and personalized attention
- Provide clear cueing, offer modifications, and prioritize safety and form
- Inspire members to keep showing up and progressing in their Pilates journey
- Help shape the positive, professional, and motivating environment of our new studio
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful studio space ready to impress from day one
What We’re Looking For:
- Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours) from a reputable program
- Experience teaching group Reformer classes (Chair, Cadillac, and other apparatus experience is a plus)
- Friendly, upbeat personality and strong communication skills
- Passion for movement, wellness, and helping others thrive
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
- Dependable and ready to be part of a startup-style studio launch
