Position Overview
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow membership sales at our Arlington studio. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, managing the sales process, and ensuring a world-class experience for all members. This role requires exceptional leadership, strong sales skills, and a passion for fitness.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Oversee and execute the entire sales process, including lead generation, follow-ups, studio tours, and membership conversions.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective and current members to understand their fitness goals and ensure long-term retention.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and membership sales in the CRM system.
- Weekend Availability: Work on weekends as part of a rotating schedule to engage with members and ensure smooth studio operations.
- Community Outreach: Represent BFT at local events and develop partnerships to drive studio awareness and increase memberships.
- Studio Support: Collaborate with coaches and staff to create a welcoming, results-driven environment for members.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in membership sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing a sales team, setting goals, and driving results.
- Fitness Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for health and fitness, with the ability to inspire others.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage members and resolve concerns effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Location Requirement: Must live within 20 minutes of the studio.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
