About the Role:
As Studio Manager, you will:
- Drive membership sales and engage with our amazing members.
- Lead marketing efforts and community partnerships to grow the Club Pilates brand in North Tallahassee.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from maintaining the studio's pristine appearance to handling administrative duties.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team of sales associates.
- Create a positive, upbeat work environment while achieving key performance goals.
