Additionally, we stand out as one of the few studios in the area providing a PMA-recognized, 500-hour Teacher Training Program. This comprehensive program ensures thorough and safe instruction in group Pilates apparatus classes.

POSITION:

The Front Desk / Sales Representative at Club Pilates St. Augustine | Palm Coast plays a vital role in the new membership sales process by introducing potential members to the studio and scheduling them into Demo Classes. It is also their responsibility to assist in member retention, uphold the studio's appearance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Helping acquire new members and booking them for Demo Classes
• Aiding in member retention strategies
• Maintaining the studio's cleanliness and functionality
• Delivering top-notch customer service to all visitors and members
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably have a background or knowledge of Pilates fitness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
