General Manager - Club Pilates Boutique Fitness

Overview

Club Pilates Willow Glen, in San Jose, CA, is hiring an experienced General Manager / Sales Professional to develop and lead a sales team and promote a culture of health, wellness, inclusiveness, and service to the Willow Glen community. The General Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and enhancing the member experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of retail / service sales or fitness sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive multiple revenue streams : memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training to meet financial targets for the studio.
• Generate leads by reaching out to the local community to generate interest in the studio through grassroots marketing and networking efforts.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the studio and attract new members through social media marketing, email campaigns, and other promotional activities.
• Achieve high member retention by attaining a welcoming, inclusive, and friendly studio atmosphere.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, including sales, staff management, and member experience.
• Hire, train, and develop sales representatives and staff members to achieve individual and studio goals.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Independently use discretion to make decisions related to high-level customer service.
• Some evening and weekend hours will be required as the studio is open 7 days a week.
