Your Day-to-Day Impact:
- Engage with leads, schedule Intro Classes, and guide prospects through their first Club Pilates experience.
- Conduct energetic studio tours that showcase our beautiful space and top-tier Pilates equipment.
- Convert prospects into passionate, loyal members through connection and personalized solutions.
- Consistently hit (and crush!) monthly membership and revenue goals.
- Represent Club Pilates Waxhaw at local events and community pop-ups to grow awareness.
- Manage and follow up with leads using Club Ready or similar CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a warm, organized, and welcoming studio atmosphere.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Top-notch communication and customer service skills that make people feel instantly at ease.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- A goal-driven mindset—you thrive when meeting and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness is a plus (but not required).
- Tech-savviness and a willingness to quickly learn systems like Club Ready.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends—especially weekends!
- A positive, professional, and can-do attitude that adds energy to the team.
