Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  1. Knowledge and Policy Adherence

    • Comprehensive Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of all Club Pilates programs, class offerings, membership options, and retail products.
    • Policy Implementation: Deliver and act on all company policies and procedures consistently to ensure compliance and a smooth operational flow.
  2. Membership and Sales Processing

    • Membership Handling: Successfully process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
    • Sales Transactions: Manage the point-of-sale system to process purchases, including class packages, retail items, and other services offered by the studio.
  3. Task Execution

    • Daily Task Management: Execute up to 70 tasks daily, ranging from administrative duties to cleaning and maintaining the studio environment.
    • Prioritization: Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure all responsibilities are completed within the required time frame.
  4. Team Collaboration

    • Teamwork: Work well with other staff members, including instructors, management, and fellow sales associates, to create a positive and cohesive team environment.
    • Supportive Environment: Contribute to a supportive and cooperative studio atmosphere where all team members feel valued and respected.
  5. Studio Respect and Operations

    • Respectful Conduct: Demonstrate respect for the studio’s facilities, equipment, and overall operations.
    • Operational Integrity: Ensure the studio is always clean, organized, and functioning efficiently to maintain a welcoming environment for members.

    • Independent Working: Exhibit the ability to work autonomously, taking initiative to complete tasks without constant supervision.
