We’re looking for a standout Sales Representative to join our Charlotte team—someone who’s not just about closing deals, but opening doors to healthier lifestyles.
What You'll Do
As our Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face of Club Pilates—energizing, educating, and empowering prospective members to begin their fitness journey. Your mission is to build strong relationships, deliver outstanding experiences, and grow our Pilates community.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Driving membership sales through studio tours, phone outreach, and engaging Demo Classes
- Building genuine connections with prospective members and guiding them through the onboarding process
- Promoting our full range of services, including group classes and teacher training programs
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals
- Representing Club Pilates at local events to boost community visibility
- Using sales software and customer management tools to stay organized and efficient
What You Bring
- A passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others
- Confidence in sales with a strong drive to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Club Ready software is a plus, but not required
- A flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Availability for occasional travel as needed
