RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increase membership sales
- Maintain strong member retention
- Drive revenue growth
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Lead and motivate a team
- Provide ongoing training for sales staff
- Create a positive studio culture
- Initiate and participate in grassroots marketing and community outreach events
- Provide five star customer service to members and prospects
- Resolve member issues/conflicts effectively
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Expand social media presence
- Manage class and sales associate schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio
COMPENSATION & PERKS
- Salary = $40,000 - $45,000 plus Bonus = $25,000 - $30,000

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
