Job Summary
The Studio Manager will support all studio functionality of Club Pilates San Luis Obispo including managing and growing multiple streams of revenue, new member acquisition and retention, and staff management and development. This full-time position will require flexible availability to include days / evenings / weekend / holiday scheduling in the studio, there is no remote work for this position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective members and attain a high close ratio. Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Schedule and participate in community events (grass roots marketing), studio promotions and lead generation
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients of the studio, be it in person, over the phone, or through email
- Proficiency in ClubReady software program, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Collect out-standing dues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Support managing staff schedule
- Support in hiring and managing front desk staff at the studio
- Supervise Sales Representatives
- Directly coordinate with all studio owner / GM ensuring that studio retail / products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Any other duties as assigned
