Pilates Instructor

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to promoting health and wellness through effective instruction. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes that enhance strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while providing a supportive environment for participants of all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring all participants feel included and motivated.
• Provide clear instructions on proper techniques and safety protocols while demonstrating exercises with an emphasis on anatomy knowledge.
• Foster a positive community atmosphere by encouraging client interaction and participation in studio programs and initiatives.
• Monitor participants' progress and provide personalized feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a related fitness field is preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics is essential for safe exercise instruction.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients in a group setting.
• Certification in Pilates instruction is preferred; however, training and certification is available for the interested candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
