Your Role As a Sales Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our studio's success, driving membership sales, building meaningful relationships, and delivering an unparalleled experience. Collaborating closely with our General Manager, you'll help achieve sales targets while ensuring members feel welcomed, valued, and excited to return.

What You’ll Do

Sales and Membership Growth

• Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing new memberships.
• Achieve studio sales goals through proactive outreach, strategic follow-up, and relationship-building.
• Conduct engaging studio tours to highlight the unique Rumble Boxing experience.
• Actively promote memberships, classes, and retail offerings to prospective and existing members.
• Book quality appointments and maintain consistent follow-up to build and retain our member base.

Customer Connection

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting members with bookings, inquiries, and retail transactions.
• Foster genuine relationships with members to enhance retention and drive referrals.
• Create an inclusive, energetic studio atmosphere embodying Rumble Boxing’s core values.

Community Engagement

• Represent Rumble Boxing Frisco at local events, including health fairs and community activities, to boost brand visibility.
• Establish relationships with local businesses and organizations to reinforce community connections.
• Act as a passionate ambassador for Rumble, sharing your enthusiasm for fitness and wellness throughout Frisco.

Studio Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment for every member’s enjoyment.
• Assist with retail restocking, equipment maintenance, and overall studio upkeep.
• Support social media content creation, studio promotion, and lead generation efforts.
• Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and participate in regular training sessions.
• Attend team meetings, special events, and training opportunities to enhance your contributions to our collective success.

What We’re Looking For

• A highly motivated, goal-driven individual eager to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a talent for building lasting relationships.
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, with enthusiasm for representing Rumble at local community events.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and comfortably perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Previous experience in sales, fitness, or wellness industries is a bonus but not required.
