What You’ll Be Doing:
This role is all about building relationships and growing the studio’s membership base. You’ll be the first face clients see, the voice they hear on the phone, and the energy that keeps them coming back.
- Lead prospective members through studio tours and demo classes
- Manage incoming leads—call, text, email, and follow up like a pro
- Book quality appointments that convert to loyal members
- Hit monthly sales goals for memberships, retail, and special programs
- Promote workshops, private training, and our top-tier Teacher Training program
- Be a positive brand ambassador at in-studio events and community happenings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk space
