Club Pilates Burleson's team-oriented atmosphere is casual, fun and relaxed so you will enjoy going into work. We have flexible hours and are hiring for all shifts as well as for our first location in Fort Worth.
POSITION:
The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist in new membership sales, nourishing relationships with current members, and helping maintain the studio. Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
The pay structure for this position is base pay plus commission. We offer company provided snacks, a fancy coffee bar, retail discounts and free Pilates classes for our staff. REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
- Must have excellent public speaking skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness, health and wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
- Assumes responsibility for developing personal selling skills
- Other duties as assigned including maintaining the cleanliness of the studio
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
