Duties

- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Process customer returns and exchanges while adhering to store policies.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Experience in retail sales, including familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Proficient in basic math and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
