Your Role: Leading Sales to New Heights
As the Sales Manager, you are pivotal in achieving ambitious revenue goals through memberships, private classes, teacher training, and retail sales. Your role involves crafting and implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and leading your team to excel in sales performance, directly influencing your earnings.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Promote memberships, private sessions, and teacher training to maximize sales.
- Spearhead company promotions, generating new leads and boosting membership growth.
- Lead effective sales processes, converting prospects into dedicated clients.
- Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Team Leadership:
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.
- Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve these goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
- Drive local marketing initiatives to enhance studio visibility.
- Engage in community events to promote the studio and build relationships.
- Oversee social media and email marketing strategies for client engagement.
Operations and Administrative Excellence:
- Ensure adherence to Club Pilates standards and procedures.
- Manage studio operations efficiently, including inventory and vendor relations.
- Utilize technology for tracking sales, attendance, and client management.
Qualifications:
Sales Management and Industry Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and managing diverse revenue streams.
- Strong background in developing and executing sales strategies.
Communication and Leadership Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
