Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Lawrence, KS. The Sales Representative will be responsible for interacting with potential members, providing information about our services, and selling memberships. Daily tasks include calling leads, scheduling leads/ members into classes, maintaining customer databases, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Representative will also be instrumental in promoting special events and enhancing the studio’s community presence!
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and work with sales metrics
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and a passion for Pilates is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or Business Administration is desirable
