We are seeking an Experienced Sales Rep to help share the Pilates love. If you’ve never been on a Pilates Reformer, you have no idea what you’ve been missing! Your role will involve selling memberships, athleisure and personal training. We build member relationships by providing an excellent studio experience. You will work directly with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed the studio goals. Opportunity for growth. This position requires evenings and weekends. We provide a consistent shift schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 Year Prior Sales Experience Required. Membership sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including phone, email, and in person. Phone skills a must!
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in all aspects of Club Pilates Studio.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and in the public community.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines. Highly organized.
- Professional and neat in appearance with an engaging attitude.
- On time and ready to work at start of scheduled shift.
- Ability to multitask, have attention detail and proficiency in data management and computers.
- Ability to take initiative in driving sales and overall operations of studio
- The ability to be adaptable and evolve in an ever changing fast paced diverse environment.
- Valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation and successfully pass background check.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Execute and maintain required level of personal sales production.
- Establish a relationship while accessing client’s needs and presenting appropriate services as well as follow up and retention of clients.
- Provide excellent customer service emails and phone calls including answering the phone and responding to VM, texts and email, same day when possible, and escalating issues to the Studio Manager as needed.
- Take initiative of all studio operations in the absence of the Management.
- Working with your teammates to meet studio goals.
- Assist with retail items including presentation.
- Ability to problem solve and execute desired expectations while interacting with team members and clients calmly and professionally, even in conflict.
- Assist with maintaining studio cleanliness following Operational checklists in the studio.

- Must be able to speak and hear to communicate on the phone and in person with clients.
- Must be able to see, read, type and use mouse while using telephone and computer systems
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone
- Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
- Must have excellent public speaking skills
- Must have proficient computer skills Valid drivers’ license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
- Must have a clean DMV record and successfully pass background check.
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
