Position Overview: 

As a Program Manager at Club Stride, Inc., you will have a rare and exciting opportunity to apply and expand your project management expertise while making a profound impact on the community. This role is meticulously designed to harness your skills in project management, program implementation, and team coordination, ensuring your professional growth and development. 

Responsibilities: 

Project Management Responsibilities: 

• Program Implementation: Lead the implementation of programs, ensuring they meet objectives and are executed with excellence. 
• Program Monitoring: Continuously monitor program progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with key performance indicators. 
• Program & Staff Coordination: Lead the interviewing and selection process for project teams and manage team onboarding. 
• Events and Coordination: Organize and coordinate events to promote and support program activities. 
• Social Impact Program Coordination: Drive and coordinate social impact programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with and advance organizational goals. 

Team Coordination and Management: 

• Inspire and manage project staff and team members to ensure exceptional program delivery. 
• Guarantee the execution of lesson plans and the success of outreach and recruitment efforts. 
• Coordinate school events and foster strong collaboration with school staff. 
• Ensure precise and timely data collection. 

Program Management 

• Lead program evaluation actively throughout the program cycle. 
• Develop comprehensive project work plans and timelines, acting as the central point of contact for all program tasks. 
• Exceed the scope of work (SOW) requirements to measure and amplify the impact of our programs on the community. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 
• Experience in project evaluation 
• Experience with community engagement and outreach. 
• Ability to develop, monitor, and analyze program KPIs. 
• Expertise in coordinating diverse project activities and events. 
• Exceptional communication skills to work collaboratively with schools, staff, and other stakeholders. 
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability. 
• Experience in youth development programs. 
• Strong networking and collaborative building skills. 
• Proficiency in project management and reporting.

Salary: Up to $90,000 per year 

Hybrid: Requires 3 days in office/field in Vallejo CA (Solano County)
