WHO YOU ARE: MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR
The Club Studio Membership Director needs to be passionate about health, wellness and helping others achieve their fitness goals, seizing every opportunity to deliver a first-class experience to our members. As the Membership Director, you need to be driven to achieve predetermined goals and not make excuses. You should be solution-oriented, accept winning humbly and take loses as an opportunity to learn and improve. You need to be a team builder with a track record of success, serve as a mentor to staff, while being knowledgeable about competition and what is happening around your business. You are community minded and know how to build relationships outside of our four walls. You are at the top of your game in membership sales and you have the background and experience to prove it. You must be “the obvious choice.”
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sales goals by operating as a "player coach," reaching company sales expectations via a combination of personal sales and team contributions.
- Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club by working with all managers and team members.
- Display proficiency in selling fitness, studio classes and multiple recovery modalities with expert level product knowledge.
- Master the Club Studio sales process and teach others to do the same.
- Lead community outreach and work closely with the studio director to plan studio events.
- Embrace the Club Studio culture and create a fun and competitive work environment for all team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dynamic leadership skills with a track record of building winning sales teams.
- High-level business mind with a history of designing and executing successful marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Ability to embrace Club Studio culture and foster a fun and competitive work environment that attracts "A" players.
- Commitment to building a career with Club Studio and desire to be a part of our aggressive growth plans over the next 1 to 5 years.
